On June 6th, the first phase of the Weber CEO Club with the theme of "Sharing and Win Win" was grandly held at the Xiqiao Mountain Hotel in Nanhai, Guangdong. Mr. Zhang Yumin, General Manager of Weber New Energy, Mr. Lao Zifeng, Executive Vice General Manager, Mr. Zhang Minjia, Assistant General Manager and Director of the Comprehensive Management Department, Ms. Zhang Jianhong, Director of the Finance Department, as well as some core agents of Weber and all members of Weber's marketing center attended the meeting.


Manufacturers collaborate to make progress together

At the meeting, General Manager Zhang Yumin analyzed the common problems encountered by agents in different stages of development based on her years of operational management experience. She deeply analyzed the management methods that should be adopted in different stages of the company's development and provided vivid training on the operation methods of agent companies from the aspects of system management and employee management through case sharing.

Mr. Zhang expressed his hope to strengthen communication between manufacturers and agents, as well as between agents themselves, through the linkage of manufacturers, to achieve mutual progress and long-term win-win outcomes.

Mr. Luo Chunhui, Mr. Huang Zhongyong, and Mr. Zhou Guohong, specially appointed lecturers of the Weber CEO Club, shared their team management experience, employee motivation, equity distribution, and other experiences with everyone, which resonated strongly with the agents present.
